Resident FAQs

Your rent is due on the first day of each month. After midnight on the first, it is considered late. However, we offer a grace period until the 5th. If your rent is not received by 11:59 p.m. on the 5th, a late fee of 8% will be automatically charged to your account.

To pay your rent:

  • Activate your portal and pay online! If you don’t have an account, sign up.
  • Use Cashapp: $Stepsofstrategy
  • Use eCheck (Free) / Credit Card (Convenience Fee) by logging into our website and clicking on RESIDENT LOGIN to pay online. Here, you can also view your account balance, submit maintenance requests, and view your balance.
  • Alternatively, you can mail/drop off your rent to one of our offices. Be sure to include your address and unit number on the memo of your money order or check.

You must immediately sign up for the utilities marked on your lease to avoid any lease violations.
